What makes my path somewhat unique is that I’ve lived almost entirely outside the allopathic medical system. Aside from a small number of emergency room visits, I’ve never relied on prescription medications or ongoing Western medical care. Through holistic, nutritional, and energetic approaches, I’ve supported my own healing through illness, injuries, broken bones, and joint trauma.

I am a certified Qigong instructor, Kundalini and Usui Reiki Master, an energetic intelligence facilitator and a Galactic birth chart creator. My healing work focuses on breath, movement, and energy awareness, helping people reconnect with their bodies and restore balance naturally. Allowing your mind and body to align with purpose and intention.

Kendra Poole is a Montana-based, homesteading mother with a passion for natural healing, clean living, and self-sufficiency.
Living in the mountains, she has developed a hands-on approach to creating herbal teas, salves, and everyday remedies—choosing to rely on simple, effective ingredients over heavily processed alternatives.
She believes that what we put in and on our bodies plays a direct role in overall health, and that many modern products overcomplicate what should be simple.
Through her work in the apothecary, she aims to offer practical, thoughtfully crafted herbal products that help others return to a more natural and intentional way of living.
